Breathing Catholic Air

The title is from a blog post on the Corpus Christi Watershed blog.

It describes the church of Our Lady of the Atonement, the first Anglican Use parish in San Antonio, started from scratch, exactly as our community has begun.

It recounts a little of their history, and described what they have been able to become, thanks in no small part to the leadership of Fr. Phillips, their pastor.

If the Ordinariate is to amount to anything, it will be so by following this example - new groups starting from nothing in new locations, and building up over the years by a constant striving for excellence and faithfulness.

If you like what you read there, and want to have a similar church here, please come and help build up our community.  It can be done, and we already have an excellent start, with some of the best liturgy and sacred music in the city.
